A Few of The Most Important Health Questions You Should Ask Yourself
1. How much longer do you intend to be using this body? Are you treating it as if you have a spare?
2. Are your brain, nervous system and structure working without interference, insuring optimum function and longevity? How do you really know? Would an examination by an expert help?
3. Do you have chronic or worsening problems that you have rationalized or accepted as just getting older?
4. What if your chronic problem got two, five or ten times worse? What would your life be like then?
5. What would life be with better health? What steps do you need to take to achieve that? When will you start?
6. What generative conditions did your parents suffer with that you would like to avoid?
7. What problems, aches or pains have you, even occasionally put up with or ignored?
8. Have you had back or neck pain in the past that went away without questioning why it was there in the first place? If you blamed it on an event or activity, did the activity cause it or just aggravate what was lurking under the surface?
9. What health benefits do you want your children to have?
